Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Keeldro order is processed and delivered. Please review the estimated times below before placing your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections or peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@keeldro.com.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@keeldro.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
