Refund policy

At Keeldro we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn: intimate apparel (including bras and lingerie), swimwear, and pierced jewelry. Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are also non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email us at support@keeldro.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@keeldro.com with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
